What is the status of Bruce's fabricated manifold. In a telecon with him, he indicated that although he had made one for Bob White, he needed to be better set up for production before making any more. He indicated that they would be marketed through RWS. Any progress?

I'm kind of amazed that the 'far end of the runner injector position' has gained such a following.  As far as I can tell, it's popularity is based on a third hand report on 'the other list' about Racing Beat's 900 HP turbocharged 20B project.  They apparently made a comment about seeing slightly better BSFC with injectors at the far end of the runner. 
 
This may in fact have been true but an engine as radical as that is not necessarily indicative of what we would experience on our engines.  I'd want better evidence before committing to this configuration.
