I'm not trying to compete with Tracy's unit, I'm merely trying to provide something locally, cost effectively!
I would be happy to get down to Tracy's PSRU weight. It's pretty hard to beat the weight of plain bearings.
That's about as light as one could get with gear drive, a chain or belt might be lighter.
By my figuring the one rotor with PSRU will be about 280 to 300 lbs, may be a little less if your really stingy - I don't know if I'd be too stingy with the oil though.

Are you making a lighter drive for your single rotor?  How much do you figure it will weight?
