HI Bob, I have wasted half an hour on wiki and I still cannot see how to register.If i cannot register then I can do nothing else it seems. HEEELP. Dave McC

I think a few people are put off by the funny name, but it's free
software, and those that write free software are inclined toward
funny names. It can be thought of as a public electronic filing
cabinet. The advantage over a formal best practices site is that you
don't have to depend on a site owner to keep the site updated. I have
generally added anything that I thought I might want to find again
later. It isn't meant to replace a best practices site, more to
compliment it. It is also in no way similar to or in competition with
a discussion forum.
