Well there is still that opportunity - their still doing the same thing =
with there cars and motorbikes.

  At the risk of sounding like the guy who is "sue happy" (which I am =
not...)... THAT circumstance sounds like an excellent opportunity for a =
class action suit. Not about punitive or ego-based damages, just to FIX =
what they DIDNT build right.
