Marvin,
I think you did exactly the right thing.  As I've said before, I can 
forward all the condolences to Paul's email.  Carol might want to 
re-join the list at some point, but I doubt it.
John - who is the guy with the Cozy who accompanied Paul to W. Palm to 
fam you in the Cozy?  How do I get hold of him?
