Hi Rusty;
    I thought about this as well, but since I wasn't going to produce any large torque reversals and I didn't have my prop mounted, I decided it was not an issue. I was more concerned about over revving with no load on the engine. The new design has a beefier center section as the spar no longer carries through, so this also adds to the stiffness of the fuselage without wings.
    It actually was no problem on all counts. I have a prop mounted now, but have not run the engine since, as I would rather move the plane outside for this, as I don't have alot of clearance room in the shop. I really don't want to whack my prop inside the shop.
    I've booked vacation for next week, and if all goes well, I will have it moved to the airport by the end of the week. I ordered some 321SS from Dawley back in May, but it got lost in the mail. I finally received it last night, all wrapped up in Custom's tape advising "this package has been opened & inspected by customs". It seems that it took almost a month for them to decide that it wasn't drugs. Today I welded up the exhaust system and am very pleased with it. Tomorrow I will weld up my own "SpinTech" muffler.
    Now I just need that EM-2.... really!
ps. Are you using the turbo?
