I really like the SpinTech concept and have built one (too large) and will build another, however this Burns stainless muffler uses a ceramic muffling cartridge which is an interesting idea. I wonder if it will hold up to a rotary or just get pounded into dust as has been the case with all other packing. I assume that it might be a sort of solid ceramic cartridge, rather than a cloth? Might be a viable alternative if someone wants to gamble a couple hundred to find out?

As Tracy has had success with the SpinTech, I'm going that direction, but am still curious about this Burn's muffler. Any other comment on it?
