My engine starts right away and I don=B9t have symptoms of flooding. I=B9m suspecting the engine has only about an hour on it and maybe the seals are not broken in? I shut down the engine by cutting the fuel pump to relieve the pressure somewhat. One day I make the changes to your bypass setup.
