Had a shiny new C-182 Turbo "drop in" at
a FBO. It had 50 hours on it, and a price tag of
$310,000.
The compressor on the turbo died, it costs $14,000
to fix. That is the price for the compressor only, no other damage done.
For some reason, Textron, and the owner are in
disagreement as to who should pay for the repairs.......
Wonder how many 13bts, and 20bts you could build
for $14,000?
