Hi, John....I talked to Ken regarding his setup. He has a setup where he can 
vary the mixture with controllable ram air which creates pressure difference 
between the float bowl and venturi, thus leaning the mixture.  It obviously 
works for him, as he has over 1000 hours with a a carb.  Would still prefer 
a mixture arm like on an MS aircraft carb.   Paul Conner
