Here is one I recently installed, looks to be around a quart (perhaps a bit more)  and I have found that to be more than adequate, this one has several orientations you can install it in and then selected which nozzel to clip off and attach the hose to.  However, I must advise you it is terribly expensive, I found mine at a PEP Boys auto store for $2.95

Sounds perfect, since that’s all the money I have left :-)    It’s hard to believe the tank is heavy duty enough for aircraft use, but if it wasn’t I’m sure you wouldn’t be using it.

You say it’s about a quart, and that it’s more than adaquate.  I wonder why Tracy needs something larger than a quart.  Since you’re both using dual evap cores, I’m guessing you have about the same volume of coolant, so I can’t see the difference.  My biggest problem with a large tank is finding some place to put it.  I can just hear Mike Wills laughing now :-)

Thanks,

Rusty

Rusty, all I can say, is that I had an aluminum tank (about a pint capacity) and that turned out to be a bit on the small side.  I would occasionally lose some coolant over the side.  Have not had that problem with the current tank.  As to its toughness, only time will tell, but the price was right {:>)
