  My engine came from Bruce T. We discussed balancing based on Leon Promet's comments here awhile back. Leon is a strong proponent of balancing as I recall. However, Bruce wasnt convinced of the need and he convinced me that it wasnt necessary. Had I decided to do it, I believe he has a local contact who can do the work for a couple hundred $.

[A Google search on "13B dynamic balancing" sent me to Hayes Rotary on the left coast and their website recommends doing it for engines designed to operate at 7k rpm and up (at least that's how their advertising read to me). Based on that, Bruce's recommendation, and Ed's comments, I suspect I'll probably be foregoing that activity as well.  Thanks for the input.
