I'm considering the Meziere  WP337, or two WP116's.  I have my evaporator cores set up for AN16 fittings.  I haven't quite figured out whether I can get any of the Meziere pumps to use AN16 for inlet and outlet directly, or whether I will have to make external adaptors.

Hi Bob,

The Meziere pumps you mentioned both use interchangeable fittings, and you can absolutely use AN-16 directly to the pump.  I consider that a huge benefit vs having to make your own fittings like we do for the Davies Craig.

Since some of the Meziere pumps have dual outlets, and some have single, the options are numerous.  The easiest thing to do would be to use their adapter plate, and one of the pumps with a dual outlet.   If you want redundancy, you could add a second pump like the WP336 inline with the inlet side of the dual outlet pump.  I still think the neatest trick would be to have one pump for each evap core, but that requires a one way valve of some type, and I haven't come up with a good one yet.

If you haven't found the Meziere site yet, here's a link to their catalog-  http://www.meziere.com/index.php?pgName=catalog

I can't seem to download the 2004 catalog, but the 2003 works.  You can also look at page 16 (remote) and page 19 (fittings) from the 2004 catalog.  Those show you the pumps, and fittings.  Page 14 (import) shows the adapter plate that bolts to the engine.  HEY, look at that!  They now sell an adapter (WP91) that has only one inlet, and one outlet, rather than two and one like the WP90 they've always had.  This is the first I've seen this.  Cool!!!

Cheers,
Rusty (now thinking about dual EWP's again)
