Vibration will crack the alluminium. The evaporater cores look to be too solidly mounted also. The rotary is smooth but the rig will still vibrate. Re the tank set up, I have found the best system is a pressurised overflow tank, I haven't topped mine up since fitting it. Instal a car tubeless valve for pressure testing.
