John, I've attached a drawing of my manifold.  Its not quite the same as I
described.  However, perhaps you can tell I have a bent tube (bent 180 deg)
that goes from the top of one secondary (outside tube) to the other
secondary (outside tube).  In your case, if you did the same with a
bent tube of smaller bend radius to go from primary (inside tubes) to
primary.  Then you have two arcs of tube the samller laying inside the curve
of the larger (connecting secondaries).  Now the outer surface of these
connecting tubes are in the same verticle plane.  If you held a 1/4"
aluminum plate of approx 4"x6" (you would have to determine the exact size)
vertically such that it layed against both connector tubes, you would have a
mounting plate (after you welded it to both tubes) for your throttle body.
You would need to position the plate so that 1.  The holes you cut into it
and the tubes would match your throttle body.  If you postioned the twin
throttle body opening so that they would feed the outside connector
(connects the secondaries) throught theholes you cut in the plate and
secondary connector and the single throttle body opening to feed the inner
connector (primaries) in the same manner that is one way you could do it.

Hope that help a bit.
