I've always loved Garmin units, and have owned quite a few, but think they really screwed up when they went to the horizontal display. It just makes better sense to have the display more vertical, or at least square like the airmap 1000. What Garmin seems to do now, is take a horz display, then lop off a chunk of the side to put data in. That leaves you with a tiny square screen for the map. I keep hoping that they will come out with another unit like the 195, but it just doesn't look like it's ever going to happen.
