Just a thought for anyone regarding wiring harnesses:
If you have a wiring problem and you don't have a wiring diagram you'd be
hard pressed to resolve your problem. Few things could be more valuable
after the aircraft is built.
  I took a Baron under management a few months ago and the previous owner
didn't pass on the avionics wiring diagrams that are aircraft specific. I
had to buy them from Beech for $400. Pricey ? YES. But a LOT cheaper than
the labor to resolve troubles later.
   A very good idea that most wiring diagrams don't include is notations of
where in the airframe to find various connectors. Taking pictures before
you close out the interior is very helpful. I take pictures when the
opportunity presents itself during the normal course of maintenance.
