I'm sure I located the elevator hinges per some specific instruction in the manaul/blueprints, but didn't look for that yesterday. Measure locations for the hinges, each one being 6.5" long, are 1.32" and 22", distance from the outboard end of the stabilizer to the outboard end or the hinges.
