Have you found that your hydraulic system is holding pressure or are you getting bleed past through the selector? Sorry...no solutions but maybe the factory will have to recognize that this problem is not limited to a few individual cases....it seems widespread. We too will be approaching the factory for a replacement although ours is only 2 1/2 years since shipment.
