I positioned the aileron bellcranks so that each was the same distance to the rear of the main spar... With the ailerons attached and all pushrods, bellcranks, and idlerarms in the system correctly positioned, the right aileron to bellcrank pushrod is 7/16" longer than the left. Have any of you had a similar experience? I don't think this will effect system geometry but then, I was wrong once before.
