Interesting story. Thanks for sharing it. I haven't heard that happening
but I'm not surprised.

I own a FAR 135 Air Taxi company and although we don't transport hazmat, we
are required to train our employees on how to deal with it. I actually took
a DOT Hazmat course on CD-ROM and studied the CFR. It's very technical and
confusing.

Good advice on asking if shippers really know the correct requirements for
shipping.
