I will be installing speed brakes on my Legacy.

The down side of the Precise Flight Speed brakes is that it is "All or
nothing at all."   Precise Flight  prevents their speed brakes from being
partiallydeployed.    I mentioned this to Bill Maddox, and mentioned I
wanted to have the ability to control how much "brake" was out at any given
time.  He advised that with his speed brakes, the pilot can partially
deploy as much or as little braking needed to achieve the desired rate of
decent.
