 I get my list as a batch at midnight so forgive me if this matter has been mentioned already today.

 In the May 7, 2001 Chicago Tribune it was reported Myron Madsen, 58, of Johannesburg, Michigan was killed on Sunday May 6, 2001, when his Lancair 320 crashed shortly after takeoff from Porter County Municipal Airport in Valparaiso, Indiana.  After a long takeoff attempt, his aircraft climbed approximately 100 feet, rolled to the left and crashed nose first, bursting into flames.  Madsen had recently installed a new propeller, but it was unknown if it was a factor in the crash.

I checked the archives for any postings by Myron but came up negative.  If any of you knew him you have my condolences.
