Some weeks ago there was a discussion about the IV-P flap handle not
returning to neutral with system pressure applied.  I made a new hole for
the return spring and find the handle still won't return to neutral with
pressure on the system.  I believe Mark Mankhe was going to look into the
problem.  Has anyone heard a reply or found a suitable fix?  Will engine
vibration be enough of an assist to allow the handle to return?  My
simulated vibrations don't do it either, not that it was much of a test.
Any input greatly appreciated.
