With all due respect to Tony while I AGREE with his advice you should be VERY careful recording anyones conversation in CA.

There is a state law which makes this a Felony .

You can only record it if you TELL THEM you are recording it and that warning is on tape.

There is no such law in Georgia so.... if so inclined you could fly to GA and then call....just an idea!
