Hamid's laundry list of taxes in the U.S., and California in particular, was
right on the money (pardon the pun).  What kills me is the very real
prospect of additionally assessing user based fees to the cost of general
aviation flying.  AOPA is leading the charge against this and I encourage
all LML subscribers to get active when the time comes by very loudly
opposing the user fees to their elected representatives.
