The rating on those Shin tires is "8 PR" which means "8 Ply Rating". Guess
what , when you dissect one you'll find out that for some reason you can
only find 4 plies. Did we loose something in the translation or what ? I
wonder what we'll all do when this manufacturer goes
away like the last one ???  I wonder if Lance could help us on this  ???
