Prior to that for six months I shopped for one. I therefore have knowlege of some recent transactions. I don't want to be too specefic so I don't give identities away but here it is. I know of one IVP that went for exactly $300,000. It was beautifully finnished, had a good pannel, had full deice but had not had the normal bugs yet worked out (read $30,000+). I know of another which sold for $304,000. It was nicely finnished, had a good pannel, had a/c but which also had some bugs to be worked out (read $40,000). I know also of another which did not have paint and upolstery but which had been flown off on which there was a contract for around $300,000. On the offer side I know of nice airplane on which the owner after negotiation wound not take less than $350,000. I also heard of a Dotcommer offerring $600,000 for one which was refused. Based on this Iknowlege 'd say the market value of a lowtime (but bugs worked out) IVp is about $350,000.The better authority is Jim Jenkins at Sterling Air in Carson City.He has sold a number of them. Hope this helps.
