I'm a 1-1/2 year new builder.  I've found a WEALTH of information such as this in "Kitplane
Construction" by Ron Wanttaja.  

Specific to your question, on page 163 Ron says that:
AN3 torque is 25 inch-pounds or ~4  pounds on the end of a 6" handle
AN4                             ~11 pounds on the end of a 6" handle
AN5                             ~23 pounds on the end of a 6" handle
