Aaron -
Don't worry about posting anything meant in good faith (as yours was) and
don't feel like a contrary opinion is a wrist-slap. We all benefit from
everyone's opinions here and the mild controversies that sometimes develop
actually serve to illuminate both sides of the issues. It's up to us to
individually filter out the wheat from the chaff and make our own decisions
about who's right and who's wrong, which gadget we'll include and which
gadget we won't, which building technique is good enough and which is going
overboard. So don't worry about people disagreeing with you.
FYI, before you joined this merry little band there was a great controversy
about Zerbach's claims, with those who use his products generally supportive
and the many skeptics demanding test data, which was not forthcoming to their
satisfaction. It really got quite heated and you have seen only the mildest
indication of it. But don't let it scare you away.
Personally, I like tossing out controversial opinions to stir the pot. I
learn a lot from the reponses. However, I try not to do this very much at
home....
Keep those posts coming, and good luck with your Legacy.
