A month or so ago, after the first flight of N28KK I noted we were going to
"extend the elevator to fix a neutral pitch stability problem". Good news is
the problem was just some friction in the elevator bearings from the finishing
process. We cleaned it out and the plane now does the normal oscillation from
a pitch change to neutral.
