Ours is not a hobby...we want to get this airplane in the air asap. Although Lancair has not even flown theirs yet, it claims the kit is complete, and only some instrumentation and control issues need to be finalized. We are willing to trust Lancair's reputation...up to a point. What is known about the Turbine, who is building them, are we moving too quickly with a new model, who are recommended builder-assist shops on the west coast? We think it important to complete the airplane and return it to Lancair for First Flight and Flight Training, but are open to suggestions. We would be most appreciative of any comments on our ambitious plan.
