An idea to consider for a heavy wing adjustment might be to install an
eccentric bushing in a larger hole in the wing bracket. Drill out the hole
to a larger diameter and manufacture an eccentric bushing. Install the
bushing into the adjusted position and insert the bolt. After final
adjustment (from test flights to eliminate the heavy wing situation) you
could permantly locktite the eccentric into position. This is stronger than
flox which can be beat and worked out of the hole.
Perhaps there is a better way to lock the eccentric in place. Any ideas?
