I've got an ES fast build with a wing attach bracket problem. The factory
pre-drilled both the aluminum bracket and the wing. I should be able to
slide the bracket in place and insert the bolts. I can get at least 8-9
bolts in-place on each bracket. But the remaining 2-3 holes in each wing
are slightly off and the bolt cannot be inserted. What is the best way to
handle this? There are 11 holes on each side (wing). I could hand ream the
errant holes on the wing (which is fiberglass) until the bolt fits or I
could fill the hole and start over. I'd rather do the first, but since this
is such a critical piece, I need some input on proper technique. Redrilling
is difficult due limited access for the drill.
Thanks,
Steve Richard
