Let's not forget that Government regulation and Liability concerns have
largely CAUSED small sales growth.  They also stagnate innovation which can
improve safety far more than the regulation and lawsuits.

In the name of safety we are flying "certified" 1940's designs with 1930's
farm tractor engines at three hundred thousand dollars each, with wavy
little steam gauges for "approved" navigation.  This is safer?
Garmin should be requested (pressured) to change their policy with a
disclaimer of liability.
