You must use cutting fluid. There are a variety of high tech cutting fluids on the market. You should find them at any machine tool supplier (yellow pages). I use a product called TAP Magic. There is one for everything BUT aluminum, and another one for ONLY aluminum. Don't get the "BUT aluminum" product on aluminum parts. It attacks aluminum. You will be amazed at how well this stuff works. Tooling life is greatly increased and it speeds the cutting process.
