Rob, Concerning the cabin heat valve leaking. I have installed one on my
360, have flown the plane in 100 plus degree weather and also in -11 degree
centigrade weather and It works fine for me. Incidently, I installed two
valves back to back; one outside to overboard heat and one inside to split
and/or direct heat from the pilot to the passenger side. The on off cable
is mounted on the lower right panel attach point below the longeron; the
side to side adjust cable under the panel on a reinforcing cross member
above my knees. I control the split, the passenter controls the temp.
Works OK.
