I have used the UV Smooth Prime primer on my Lancair IV and I recommend it
highly, subject to one caution.  The good news: super simple water clean up,
can apply with a little roller (lots of coats before sanding and leveling),
dries quickly, and most important, sands beautifully and easily, and it
fills pin holes very well.  The sanding ease is enough by itself to
recommend it as the other primers (especially WLS) are comparatively tough
to sand.  Application with a small roller means painting in the shop is
easy - no spraying needed.

The caution: some have reported some shrinkage when sanding shortly after
painting.  I apply it and let it sit for weeks or months (priming parts as I
go) and then sand, and have seen no shrinkage with this protocol.  So if you
are in a hurry, you should probably look elsewhere, but may lose some time
in sanding by using another primer.   I'll bet the WLS takes 5 times the
hours to sand and level as the Smooth Prime.

Others have reported that the water base Poly fiber final coat is difficult
to apply with a very narrow range between too dry and too wet (runs) when
spraying.  It sounds tough for a novice, but apparently experienced auto
painters have to get used to it also.  So my plan is to prime with the UV
Smooth Prime, wait a few weeks (longer for some parts already completed),
final sand, then go to PPG automotive finishes starting with the prime coat,
and then proceeding as recommended by PPG.
