After all the flap over nylaflow, one option seems to have missed the
discussion.

Is it possible to get DH lines with ONE END finished to allow them to be
inserted in the gear leg without removing the trunnion pin? You could then
add the hardware to the unfinished end on the job. The work to do that would
seem to be much shorter than the work to remove the trunnion.
