Wilkins, re: the overflow sensor. It may have been me, Tracy. I've designed and am using such a device on my 235. I designed it because I occasionally forgot to turn off the transfer pump(s), resulting in forcing fuel out the overflow. I didn't like being reminded by the smell of 100LL going overboard. With my device, I light a flashing red indicator right in front of my nose when just a drop of fuel starts out the overflow. The output could be used to drive a small relay (on or off as required) to shut off the pumps. However, since I subscribe to the KISS principle, I opted to turn them off myself when alerted. I've promised to send the schematic and instructions for building the device to the List as soon as I re-locate it. I've found the data however I need to re-draw the schematic since it appears to have gotten wet during my last move and is badly smeared. I'm working on that now. The info should be posted, thanks to Marv, within about a week. The device is fairly simple to build - just about all the parts are available from RS except for two components which are available from DigiKey. Will post a note here when available.
