Jim,

I had the same situation at the BL50 rib on my 320/360.  I'm assuming
that you have already bonded your stub wing skins and you spent your
efforts aligning the leading edge like I did.  That's why I had about
1/16" up angle at the trailing edge of the BL50 rib.  In my case, 1/16"
will be fine and can be corrected with body filler, I'm not sure about
1/4" though.  I would contact Lancair support and find out how to tweak
the angle of the trailing edge of the wing through some kind of jig.
They elude to the fact that the incidence can be tweaked in the manual,
however, there is no mention of how.  I believe they are talking mostly
about the wing tips.  One thing that I would not do is force the wing
into position and then drill your trailing edge holes for the aft spar
bracket.  It seems to me that the tension will cause load problems on
the spars that shouldn't exist.  But, I'm not an aeronautical engineer
so I believe the right people to call would be the factory.
