One AN960-10 washer weighs 0.94 grams.  Replacing 100 of these with
aluminum washers results in a total saving of 62 grams.  You get this by
multiplying the 0.94 grams times the ratio of aluminum to steel density (I
used iron, actually), which is 2.70/7.87.  The weight saved per washer is
0.62 grams, or approximately 2.19 ounces.  For all that effort, you save
about as much as you would by taking a ballpoint pen out of your pocket
before takeoff.
