I built a control box from plans in Kitplanes (I think) a few years ago
which uses a temperature control unit from Radio shack. You can set the temp
that you want to maintain, and using a 25 watt bulb, it maintains the set
temp within one or two degrees F.

I will have to look in my "Stuff" to find either the article or my notes.
