I was in Franklin NC for the weekend. We saw this airplane for sale in the hangar where we put our plane.

I think she only has 84 hours on her. I also have the contact for the owner. No idea of price. I also talked to the mech who helped with the build.

I also know of a Mooney for sale for $30,000 and a bonanza for sale for $48k.
