Sarasota is Class C and the limit is 200 knots within 4 miles of the airport per 91.117.

careful there is a 200kts speed limit in D airspace and
under B..
I got a request to call the tower after landing at OSU, they
asked me to state the nature of my emergency. I said I was alittle
confused, and they further explained that CMH appr called and
asked why I was going 240kts to the middle marker. I then stated
I needed to goto the bathroom and the tower guy said something
to the effect "oh, I know it would be that simple, thanks, I'll
take care of CMH". where is that NACA form? its around here
some place.
