Hi Mike,

 

I use a Cheng Shin nose tire on my Legacy, which typically looks like the last photo in your posting.  When I mount the tire and inflate the tube, the tire attains a normal shape and has never been a problem in service.

 

However, the tires in the other photos seem too distorted or damaged to use.  Even if Wicks won't give your money back, I don't think I'd use those tires.  They might be fine, but I know if they were on my airplane, I'd worry about them.
