When I mount the tire and inflate the = tube, the tire attains a normal shape and has never been a problem in = service. However, the tires in the other photos seem too distorted or damaged to = use. Even if Wicks won't give your money back, I don't think I'd use = those tires. They might be fine, but I know if they were on my = airplane, I'd worry about them. I use a Cheng Shin nose tire on my Legacy, which typically looks = like the=20 last photo in your posting.  When I mount the tire and inflate the = tube,=20 the tire attains a normal shape and has never been a problem in = service.
 
However, the tires in the other photos seem too distorted or = damaged=20 to use.  Even if Wicks won't give your money back, I don't think = I'd use=20 those tires.  They might be fine, but I know if they were on my = airplane,=20 I'd worry about them.
