Attached are data from my aborted flight south on March 11th when I had to make an unscheduled landing at KBQK.
Note the EGT numbers. 30deg diff from hot to cold.
And here is the flight home on March 21st, after exhaust repair on #4 manifold. In order to install #4, #3 had to be removed. I had planned to do
this anyway in order to closely inspect the weld on #3. EGT probes were also removed on #3 and #4 in the process. The weld on #3 looked OK so exhaust was reinstalled and after a ground run, 4ZQ was cowled up and headed home to the nest. What's got me scratching my head is the EGT temp on #2 on
the return flight. 239deg diff from hottest to coldest.
24"MAP/2400RPM on both flights….
