For my trip, it was spectacular, mostly VFR the entireroute Dallas, Vermont, Goose Bay, Narsarsuaq, Reykjavik, Edinburgh, Shoreham, Paris, Bologna, Prague. We are so luckywith the comparatively low costs of flying in North America. To arrange a handler and seek permission for eac= h flight,each diversion, each fueling--makes you feel very out-of-control. VFR is difficult in many areas or impossible. As expected, therewere few GA ships where we traveled. Attached is a shot in Iceland the morning we were ready to depart. I willdo the return in July. I was able to avoid Jeppesen and those fees this time.
