I have a Garmin G3X and a TruTrac autopilot (I believe called GX Pilot) in a Lancair 360. This auto pilot was co/developed by Garmin and TruTrac. Sorry if this is not what your inquiry is about.
I have flown this set up for approximately 2 years and 75 hours. I routinely fly coupled GPS and ILS approaches. I am thoroughly impressed with the products...zero issues since installed.

On paper everything looks great but personal experience with auto pilots makes me cautious particularly with the Lancair airframe. I started a thread a little while back on the topic of Garmin vs AFS for the efis and I think that has played out. I don't believe anybody weighed in on personal experience with the new Garmin servos and controls. I am used to the Garmin platform in Cessna products (in the form of the G1000) which is remarkably similar to the g3x and the primary reason I am looking to do the upgrade. So, if there is anybody out there flying with the g3x and integrated auto pilot, I would love to hear from you
